A gorgeous, good-moving filly, Caroline’s Quest is a daughter of the excellent dual-purpose sire Beat Hollow, sire of Supreme Novices’ winner Cinders And Ashes and of the top-class, multiple Group 1 winner Wicklow Brave.
She is a second foal being a half-sister to an exciting five year old filly by Jeremy, who realised €44,000 as a store (having been a €14,500 foal) and made a winning debut in a bumper on her sole racecourse start to date.
The dam –Tramp Stamp– is a daughter of the champion sire King’s Theatre and was herself a very smart race mare, winning and placing in Grade 3 company. It is a fillies’ pedigree, with the girls beating the boys all the way back to a Yorkshire Oaks winner in the fourth dam.
Caroline’s Quest is bred to come to hand early enough and boasting an outstanding pedigree, but she would also make a lovely broodmare in time.
Following her initial runs at the back end of last year, Caroline’s Quest has now been allocated a very attractive handicap of 87. Unfortunately she has recently suffered a minor injury requiring 5 stitches to her leg, however is now back in work and hopefully ready to run again in April.
